The CABARET embodies one of the key principles of the A. Lange & Söhne movement philosophy: it dictates that every timepiece crafted by the Saxon manufactory must contain a movement developed and made in-house by Lange.
It corresponds to Lange’s quest for perfection that the CABARET, as a rectangular watch, is endowed with its own customised form movement, filling every last corner of the slender case with micromechanical ingenuity and Lange’s superb horological artistry. This approach results in a particularly elegant case and balanced dial design, without being restricted by the dimensions of a round movement that would be either too wide or not high enough to harmoniously accommodate all displays.
