SPLENDID TREASURES.
The jewellery versions of the CABARET are endowed with precious, superbly polished cases in 18-carat white gold. They are worn on hand-stitched crocodile straps with white-gold prong buckles or valuable precious-metal bracelets. The solid-gold winding crown with the embossed Lange signature is protected against splashwater. And the sapphire-crystal window of the caseback, which is secured with six screws, affords a view of the impressive movement of the CABARET.
HIGH-CALIBRE TECHNOLOGY.
One of the most prominent performers on the CABARET's stage is no doubt its patented outsize date. Before its time, dates on rectangular watches of similar dimensions were often tiny and hardly legible. The CABARET's date is nearly five times larger than ordinary ones. It can be quickly and easily corrected with a push-piece recessed in the case. Gold hands indicate the hours and minutes, and - on a separate dial - the seconds.
