Partnership with successful historic car competition continues
From 25 to 27 May 2018, A. Lange & Söhne will be supporting the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este for the seventh time. This year, the motto of this traditional and exclusive event is “Hollywood on the Lake”. The winner of the most prestigious category, “Best of Show”, will receive a Lange 1 Time Zone with unique engraving.
On the final weekend in May, the world’s most beautiful historic cars will be on show in the spacious grounds of the Villa d’Este on the banks of Lake Como. Under the motto “Hollywood on the Lake”, elegant historic cars will be competing for the favour of the judges and spectators against a backdrop worthy of a film. As the main partner of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, A. Lange & Söhne has been supporting this three-day event since 2012. This year, the company is once again donating the coveted trophy for the finest car in the competition. The winner of the most prestigious category, “Best of Show”, will be presented with a Lange 1 Time Zone “Como Edition” that has been made specially for the occasion, with the coat-of-arms of the competition adorning the hand-engraved case back of the special-edition model in white gold. On the city ring of the time zone watch, Central European Time is represented by Como.
