In connection with your participation in our trade fair, events or a visit to our manufacture, we need to process your personal data, such as your name, gender, nationality, language used, address, email address, passport information for booking airline tickets or other means of transport and hotels, and to assist with visa applications. To organise receptions or visits to other events, we also use your personal data, such as dietary restrictions and preferences, clothing size or special needs.

A. Lange & Söhne is a brand of the Richemont Group. Your personal data will be transferred to the Richemont Group headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland (Richemont International SA; 10 Route des Biches, 1752 Villars-sur-Glâne, Switzerland). In addition, personal data may also be disclosed to airlines and other transport service providers, hotels and accommodation providers, visa agencies and immigration authorities, event organisers and partner organisations, and, where required by law, to public authorities for the purposes specified above. This may involve data being transferred to countries that do not have a comparable level of data protection. The resulting risks include, for example, difficulties in enforcing data protection rights or increased access by investigative authorities.    

In accordance with legal provisions, we require your consent to process your personal data and transfer it to third parties. If you agree that A. Lange & Söhne may process your personal data as described above for the purposes stated and may transfer it to the Richemont Group headquarters and, where applicable, to third parties, please give us your consent.

Lange & Söhne and the Richemont Group will only process the personal data you provide for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above and will delete or anonymise your data after the applicable retention period has expired.
