Every year, we present several new models, mostly with new movements or new colour variations.

The LANGE 1 symbolises the rebirth of our manufacture and also laid the foundation for a unique design language. The configuration of its off-centre and asymmetrical dial constitutes a milestone in the world of precision watchmaking. Further creations followed that have not only become our very own classics ‒ they are also considered classics in the entire watch world.

Copper imparts gold with a reddish hue and transforms pure gold into a metal alloy that is very popular for watch cases.

Platinum means “little silver”, but the material is more precious than gold. It is eminently suited for crafting jewellery and for watchmaking.

Significantly harder than other gold alloys and with a unique warm hue, honey gold (HONEYGOLD®) is an 18-carat gold, exclusively reserved for our manufacture. To date, it has been used in 12 models. The name is an analogy with nature, describing the warm, glowing hue, resulting from the special ratio of pure gold, copper and zinc proportions.

Grand complications such as the tourbillon, perpetual calendar, rattrapante chronograph or the minute repeater belong to the top tier of precision watchmaking. Some A. Lange & Söhne watches combine several great complications and sophisticated technical solutions in one single watch.

The A. Lange & Söhne outsize date enables a date display with digits around three times as large as those in watches of comparable dimensions.

Chronographs and their manufacture movements have been flagship products of A. Lange & Söhne since 1999.

Self-winding watches possess a rotor set in motion by the movements of the wrist to wind the mainspring.

A manually wound mechanical watch must be regularly rewound with the crown. This provides the mainspring barrel with fresh energy.
