WATCHES AND WONDERS 2024

Our current novelties

Trail-blazing chronographs

At Watches and Wonders 2024 in Geneva, we will present our manufacture’s novelties from 9 until 15 April. The specialised trade show is open to the public as well from 13 until 15 April.

25 years after the launch of the DATOGRAPH, A. Lange & Söhne presents two fascinating interpretations of the trail-blazing chronograph from Glashütte: the DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN in white gold with a blue dial, and the DATOGRAPH PERPETUAL TOURBILLON HONEYGOLD “Lumen”.

Anthony de Haas and Tino Bobe about the novelties 2024

DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN

Since 1999, chronographs have been among the A. Lange & Söhne flagships. The cornerstone was the multiple award-winning DATOGRAPH. Its unique combination of technical finesse, elaborate artisanal artistry and its exceptional design made it into a symbol of the pursuit of innovation that has distinguished our manufacture for many years now. Watch experts and aficionados alike consider its movement to be one of the most aesthetically appealing chronograph calibres. In the years following its successful debut in 1999, a range of milestones in chronograph development were launched.

Limited to 125 watches, the groundbreaking timepiece is now introduced as a DATOGRAPH UP/DOWN model version, encased in 18-carat white gold and graced with a blue dial.

DATOGRAPH PERPETUAL TOURBILLON HONEYGOLD “Lumen”

The DATOGRAPH PERPETUAL TOURBILLON HONEYGOLD “Lumen” unites three grand complications: a flyback chronograph with a precisely jumping minute counter, an instantaneously switching perpetual calendar with an outsize date as well as a one-minute tourbillon with stop seconds.

The masterpiece also reveals its radiant personality in the dark ‒ thanks to the semi-transparent dial and the luminous coating. Additionally, the case stands out because of the particular hardness and incomparable resplendence of Lange-exclusive honey gold.

Grand complications such as the tourbillon, perpetual calendar, rattrapante chronograph or the minute repeater belong to the top tier of precision watchmaking. Some A. Lange & Söhne watches combine several great complications and sophisticated technical solutions in one single watch.
The “Lumen” models
The “Lumen” models
In their own inimitable way, the “Lumen” models set the stage for typical Lange watchmaking artistry ‒ by day and by night. Since 2010, the range of limited timepieces has fascinated watch aficionados and collectors alike.
