Guarantee conditions
Our timepieces are made using quality materials by experts in their field with the demand for perfection typical of Lange. Every watch goes through rigorous inspection procedures before it leaves our manufacture. This means you can be sure that you are receiving a perfect product from us. We provide a two-year guarantee from the date of purchase on every Lange watch for material and manufacturing defects.
Guarantee for a third year
If you obtained your Lange watch from a boutique, you can claim an additional year’s guarantee. This guarantee from the boutique operator requires you to successfully register your Lange watch on our website.
Service and repair guarantee
After an overhaul or repair, the watch leaves the service in perfect condition. That’s why you receive another 24-month guarantee on all parts affected by the maintenance or repair.

Certificate of authenticity
To prove that a watch is a real A. Lange & Söhne, the service team can, on request, provide proof of origin for timepieces manufactured after 1990. For this fee-based certificate, the timepiece must be sent to a Lange boutique.
