HONEY-GOLD WATCHES

1815 Thin honeygold reference 239.050

Honey gold: harder than other gold alloys, unique in colour and exclusive to Lange watches. Since 2010, some of our timepieces have featured this gold alloy which is reminiscent of the sweet liquid produced by bees. The patented material, whose exact formula remains a secret of the manufactory, is therefore more resistant to damage.

While the wearer of a honey gold watch enjoys priceless benefits from it, the same watch poses immense challenges during manufacturing. Namely, the extraordinary hardness of the material makes it difficult to shape. Honey gold is reserved for only our most exclusive timepieces.
